Hello Carlo!

Thanks you. Maganda yang Holiday Gym and Spa na event. All the fast runners will be in Manila for the Milo Finals. May chance tayo. =)

Bakit wala na kayo sa office tabi sa amin?

Hi Haide,

I've been following your blog since the time John Pages mentioned it in his column. Your not giving up your "humba" is inspiring.

Also it gives me easy update on race schedules.

Congratulations! Keep it up.

Best regards,
ASIMO

Hello Asimo!

Thank you for visiting the blog. =)

You might want to check out the Running Clinic on Sat. at Parklane.

=)

Oh Yes. I will be there! Thanks!

By the way. I dont know if its part of the agenda. It will be good if a right kind of shoes for a right kind of foot will also be showcase/discuss. Eg. know your feet exhibit probably with nike etc....you can get them as sponsors..hehehe. UNLESS you guys believes shoes does not matter :-)

Best regards,

Hey Asimo, I think you can get expert advice at Runnersworld.com. So far, we don't have specialty running stores and shoe consultants in Cebu. Even the athletic shoes store personnel here can't give correct advice.

Shoes can make or break your training, especially if you have special needs. Having the wrong shoes was definitely contributory to my injury.

If you have a planned trip to Manila, please do visit Runnr at Bonifacio High Street in Taguig. They have computerized gait analysis. They will capture your form while they let you run on a treadmill then a computer analyzes your shoe needs. Cool!

Runnr? In High Street?...Thats interesting...For free? I'll definitely drop by next month.

Many thanks, for the input!

Hello Marathon Foodie!

As much as I would like to be a part of the CCM running clinic, I won't be able to attend as I am Manila-based (I'm also running the RotaRun '09 on Sunday). Although I enjoy the homey ambience, commendable service and tasty dishes of Casino Espanol de Cebu (I wonder how their humba compares to your recipe).

I'm sure the running clinic will be a success and many runners will benefit from it (looking forward to your informative post on this).

I hope you're 100% healed already.

See you on the road!
